A short walk to our cove at Lake James with boat access! Very private home with quiet back yard. Small pet allowed with a $250 nonrefundable pet deposit, plus $35/month. Security deposit equal to one month's rent. Close to Lake James State Park with lots of hiking trails to enjoy. Asheville is 30 minutes away. Very close to Marion Moose Lodge with private entrance for members ! Short term nightly rentals are also available for this home.
