    Pinnacle Shores is a multi-sectional sprawling community located off highway 150.  The community consists of a number of fingers of Lake Norman and is mostly waterfront.  Highway 150 will be widened in the coming years making this area very easy to access.  From a location standpoint, Pinnacle Shores offers great value to its residents as it will be right between downtown Mooresville and the new Villages of Sherrills Ford, which offer tons of shopping and entertainment options.

    Teeter Farms Estates is located on the east side of Mooresville in Rowan County.  This gated community offers very large lots on rolling hill topography giving it a unique countryside feel unlike many communities in the area.
